Refund policy

Please email me at kitsunekoart@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order to determine if your order qualifies for refund/return. 

Skeins must be unused and in original (received) condition, or else the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds/returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and if return shipping is necessary, that responsibility falls to the customer.

Refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the products and will not include any shipping costs.
